The workplace at West Creek is very modern and more like a college campus or a think tank than a structured bank environment. There are lots of young and highly intelligent people there.
If you don't live up to expectations, you may not last long. It is a very competitive environment.
When acquiring new companies, the staff and their methods are not necessarily inferior to COF's. In other words, keep an open mind. I would, however, state that this attitude is from middle management and not from executives.
