Good pay, nice teams, and good mobility upwards.
Internal deployment systems are awful. Interns' experience levels are nowhere near equal within a given team. "Great work-life balance" is a lie, depending on the LOB/manager. Incompetent manager: hadn't written a single line of code in over 5 years (at least on internal GitHub) yet pushed for system design on the project, some of which was suboptimal, and some of which was impossible due to not knowing the system, because they took a hands-off approach entirely.
For the love of God, there are too many useless meetings.
