The company's culture has fallen off a cliff over the last two years because they want to copy and become like other tech companies (Amazon, Google, etc.). This has destroyed the team spirit, and it's now every person for themselves because of the toxic culture they have created to become a tech company. Red tape, frequently broken developer platforms, and leadership detached from reality make daily work difficult. Pay is average. It's not sad to see a company known for its employee-friendly culture now going rapidly in the opposite direction.

It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
Initial recruiter call. There was an online assessment followed by a power day, which consists of 4 rounds: * Behavioral * LeetCode * System design * Code review Then team matching happens.
The interview process consists of three rounds: Technical, Behavioral, and Case. This feels like a pretty standard process. I don't want to give too much information as it might make things harder. Why is there a 30-word limit?
