Good package, hybrid work options, nice benefits.
Capital One went from best place to work to worst place to work in 2023. Monthly layoffs, bad culture, understaffed teams, spineless upper management, and bad HR policies are the main reasons for this change.
Take associate surveys more seriously, improve the performance management system, and stop copying everything that Amazon does.
