Trust me. Do not come here. I am doing well, yet this place has still ruined me. Ten to twenty percent of the workforce gets culled every six months. You don’t work on tech; you work on making yourself look good during calibrations. You can’t get anything done because the internal tooling and procedures are criminally bad.
Take a long look in the mirror and own up to the hell you created.
