Overbearing influence from US on UK decisions. Pace of work is very slow. Endless migrations. Large amounts of paperwork to do anything. Too many internal tools that mean nothing outside of the company.

Advice to Management

Be more demanding of your employees.

Try to be more modern and faster-paced.

Focus on delivering value to customers rather than internal tools that don't work.

Spend less money on random merch that gets thrown away and celebrity appearances, and more on employee salaries.

Reduce the process and paperwork to streamline day-to-day operations.
