The work-life balance is amazing and the work is interesting. Capital One is also a company that emphasizes collaboration, so if you love working with smart, caring people, this is a good place to learn and grow.
Depending on your team, you can get boring work or just have poor management. I've been on 3 teams; two great and one bad, but it's a part of the learning and growing process. Everything will not always go your way, but you do have the opportunity to get out of a bad situation easily.
