Too much politics that prevents upward momentum
- Pretty well balanced as far as workload.
- Friendly work environment.
Possible to be underpaid, and the company will deny your requests for a pay raise even if you provide evidence. TDPs get preferred treatment over SAs. Politics rules everything. You either have to be a teacher's pet or dedicate your life to the job if you want a promotion.
- Instead of lip service and gifts, address the cause of the problems directly.
- Pay used to be raised to account for inflation.
- Lower-level employees shouldn't be paid more than higher-level employees.
