There can be a decent amount of politics, games, and frustrating enterprise required tech work that might not align well with what you're working on.

Screener with a Capital One Recruiter. Took a technical test through a third-party testing site. Followed up with Capital One Recruiter. Power Day consisted of 4 60-minute remote interviews. Call from the Capital One Recruiter several days later
