Sometimes questionable upper management and business owners, but the tech side is filled with great people.
Generally good work-life balance, but it can be busy and you may work overtime.
Not a lot of upward mobility depending on what projects you work on.
Can move slow as there's lots of regulation and internal processes. Work can be uninteresting if you're not into banking apps.
