Managers are generally pretty good (I’ve had 5), and projects are exciting and tech-forward. Many resources are given to help employees develop in their careers. There's a lot of emphasis on development and growth.
- Stack ranking and the constant threat of layoffs, regardless of objective output, hurt overall morale with many employees.
- High turnover rate meaning a lot of onboarding new teammates. A team of 3 must complete work scoped for a team of 6.
