Great company if you wind up on a team that understands how they should treat their highly skilled employees. I was a member of 3 great teams with 3 great managers before things went south.
If you wind up on a team with ineffective management, do your best to get a transfer.
I'm sure it's an anomaly, but do what you can to avoid a position on the FRAUD team.
If 90% of your team transfers or quits, then the manager should probably be questioned.
