No bullies allowed culture, plenty of opportunity & freedom to move around and try different areas. Consensus building and teamwork are valued. Lots of innovation and learning. Flexible on-site requirements - we are treated like responsible professionals. One of the most organized & stable tech stacks I've encountered in corporate America. Health care plan is Blue Cross and is AMAZING.
Year-end performance reviews are brutal and full of games, even though HR does its best to remove biases.
This drives a "never say 'no' to new asks" culture, so you can end up working very long days and be spread super thin, as well as other negative effects.
There is still a need for more diversity in senior leadership.
