Company pays well, and the range is broad for the role. Perks are good and comparable with the market.
Zero work-life balance.
Leadership with C-level is awesome, but middle-level management is really where the trouble is. Directors and VPs strive for showcasing with innovation, but none cares about building matured products. My push for building quality, reusable frameworks was never respected. Agile frameworks are being used inappropriately for projects that have fixed requirements. The employees are relatively young and spoiled. Middle management is costing the young and talented generation coached bad practices for short wins, hence losing long-term visions.
C-level management needs to comb through every middle-level management individual for their background, what kind of leadership they provide, etc.

Software Engineering Intern
Applied online for TIP and received the OA instantly. A "power day" (3 interviews) was scheduled for the following week, and I received a verbal offer a couple of days later within the same week.
Data Engineer
Too technical, but covered all grounds. Enjoyed the process. It kind of boosted my expectations, which is rare. Was stuck at a point, and the hiring manager was kind enough to help me a bit. Was nervous, but hopefully everything went amazing.
