Great company to work with, continues growth
It's an environment where technologies never get stale. There is always constant research and a push toward the latest tech in the market.
It is definitely not a bank but more of a tech company. Capital One has even released their own open-source projects, which are becoming hits.
It has made a huge difference since I started 5-6 years ago, but it could do better to bring business on the same page with tech. Sometimes it requires some energy to make sure that business understands all the tech.
