They do not know how to interview engineers, especially those with experience. My interview consisted of some random JavaScript "gotcha" questions about scope and bind, apply/call. I actually laughed at their ridiculous questions.

Very straightforward interview. There was a phone screen with a recruiter and a general coding assessment via CodeSignal. This was followed by a 'power day' of four interviews, each lasting one hour. These included: * Systems design * Code chal
