Nice people, good benefits, and different technologies to work on.
No big cons come to mind.
The interview process included an intro call, a coding challenge, and lastly, a 4-hour "powerday" interview with a 4-person panel (2 tech, 1 behavioral, 1 tech case). My offer was rescinded after I was initially told I got the job. Apparently, there
The interview was generally good. I was contacted after a few days. The process included: * An online coding challenge. * A single day of four 1-hour interviews, covering system design, coding, behavioral, and a math-based case study.
The first two rounds were good, but the third round, the hiring manager round, was the worst. The interviewer was yawning and kept muting themselves, which was quite irritating for a candidate. If you've come to reject, don't take the interview.
