- Extremely political culture: stack ranking encourages sandbagging others and results in people being unfairly thrown under the bus.
- Leadership silos each line of business, causing a lot of repeat work and multiple products that serve the same goal.
- Business priorities change too rapidly, causing engineering teams to scramble to try and keep up while keeping their promised deliverables.

It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
