Although everyone preaches work-life balance, the expectations are designed to be UNACHIEVABLE unless you work overtime.
Either keep preaching work-life balance but lower expectations to a realistic level, or own that you intend to overwork your employees and stop pretending you aren't.

It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
