Pros

Medical and Dental are great.

Cons

Our Sr. Leader told us there is no forced distribution. Well, there is. The S-curve is there, and this is what Rich wants.

Here is the basic breakdown:

  • Needs Improvement - Inconsistent: 5-15%
  • Strong: 20-70%
  • Very Strong: 1-10%
  • Exceptional: 0-5%

It does not matter what you do, as long as you put something into production. If you're not a developer, then there is not a lot of upward movement for you.

If you happen to want to work here, ask for all the money you can. The average raise is 2%-3% if you're lucky.

Advice to Management
  • Get rid of the old ways you have done things.
  • Richmond and Towers are not the only locations you have.
  • Treat the other locations better.
