Our Sr. Leader told us there is no forced distribution. Well, there is. The S-curve is there, and this is what Rich wants.
Here is the basic breakdown:
- Needs Improvement - Inconsistent: 5-15%
- Strong: 20-70%
- Very Strong: 1-10%
- Exceptional: 0-5%
It does not matter what you do, as long as you put something into production. If you're not a developer, then there is not a lot of upward movement for you.
If you happen to want to work here, ask for all the money you can. The average raise is 2%-3% if you're lucky.
- Get rid of the old ways you have done things.
- Richmond and Towers are not the only locations you have.
- Treat the other locations better.
