Moving to all new technologies in IT. Very nice work facilities. Lot of fun activities for the employees.
The environment is very political, and everything revolves around the year-end appraisal. Employees are encouraged to compete with each other, which leads to an unhealthy work environment.
Year-end appraisals need some changes. Promotions are given to people who are aggressive and market themselves very well. Pay scales vary a lot within the same position and experience.

It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
