Overall decent compensation, good benefits, and using newer technologies.
Extremely political. People are making power plays over each other to try and stay on top. If you’re not at one of the Virginia offices, it’s hard to move up because that’s where the decision makers are.
Give employees at all locations the opportunity to advance and gain recognition.
Stop the toxic culture of people stabbing each other in the back to advance their agenda.

It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
