Great work-life balance. Like every job, there are a couple of stressful weeks, but overall, I never work super late. People are all super friendly and helpful.
The stack ranking is tough. I've heard of so many people who were good engineers getting PIPped for no reason, probably because they needed to put down people. Also, you can do all the work in the world, but if your manager can’t advocate for you, then you’re kinda screwed.
