Management is awful. They have stopped hiring all these clueless leaders and stopped hiring leaders from Amazon. They are bringing their toxic Amazon culture to Capital One. Performance management has been getting worse over the last 3 years. They are always changing the bar without any real feedback. Forced PIPs for BS reasons like not doing enough presentations... really?
