Very bad performance management process, which will not give you a good bonus at the end of the year and slim chances of getting a promotion if you are a principal associate, based on your organization.
More talk and less do culture, so as long as you are good at talking, you will be promoted fast, but it doesn't matter how much hard work you have done on your projects. Also, favoritism is all around the company, so beware of those managers.
Company is always downsizing, so there is no job guarantee at all.
Improve performance management and try to improve associate morale, which isn't as high as management thinks at all.
