Not a great place to work
Decent salary and technologies that they work on seemed to be cutting edge. Also, the training provided seemed to be decent. The people in the office were fine, too.
The biggest con is the open office, no cubicle environment. I wonder how people can get anything done and also retain their sanity in this sort of workplace.
Go back to the old cubicle style office. The open office layout does not increase collaboration, but decreases it.
