The buildings in Tysons look beautiful on the inside. They definitely do not have a corporate vibe. It feels like an IT company in Silicon Valley.
There are all sorts of unique and creative decorations, layouts, etc. They provide some free snacks and drinks.
It all depends on your group, since it's such a large company.
From my experience, they have way too many software engineers – way too many cogs in a giant machine – and everything is too decentralized. I'm amazed that anything actually works, quite frankly.
There was no vision, just myopic two-week sprints that were incredibly fast-paced. I hated the open layout concept.
There are also too many H1B people working there, and they sometimes tended to group together and speak their own language. There was no strong sense of camaraderie among the team.
