There are 4 rounds of interviews. People are often late for interviews and not focused during them. They also frequently look at their phones. You must pass an online program exam first. After passing the exam, they will arrange online interviews

The completion relied on a coding assessment first. Once that was successful, you would have a power round and a final case interview round. I tried the first round, but my score didn't match expectations.

It's a long 4-hour "power" interview, as they call it. It has an architectural part, a coding part, some kind of "business question" part (where a software engineer might be asked mostly irrelevant, mind-boggling questions about calculating profit, m
