Also, we get one Friday a month off, known as "Invest in Yourself Day." The healthcare is damn good, and the office is quite nice.
Office politics plays a huge impact on your ability to stay employed.
Also, there is a very high pip rate, and people can be pipped every 6 months.
Work on trying to be more objective with performance management. Communicate with leadership on a way to reduce the PIP rate and rate of attrition.
