Great tech stack, good work-life balance, decent pay
- Cloud-first, cloud-native company with a very modern tech stack.
- Very chill, laid-back culture. Get let off early on long holiday weekends.
- No pressure on my team to get sprint items finished. Can always push them to the next sprint.
- Pay is below average.
- Pace can be very slow, and there isn't always a lot of development work. Lots of work to keep existing apps running, configuration of apps, and vulnerability updates.
