Pros

Not only are the pay and benefits good, but the work culture is great, with an emphasis on employee wellness.

Everyone is friendly and very willing to help out any way they can.

People leaders aren't just bosses, but are expected to assist and guide their subordinates in progressing their careers.

Cons

The Chicago office in particular is not in a great spot, requiring you to live fairly deep within the city to have a reasonable commute time. Employee performance is also graded on a bell curve, meaning even if everyone within a particular group is doing exceptional, only a few of them will be officially recognized as such.

Advice to Management

It should be common practice for people leaders to ask their subordinates concerning how quickly they wish to progress their careers, rather than assuming by default that everyone wants to advance as fast as possible.
