A lot of learning opportunities. The company encourages people to use cutting-edge technologies and is in nature very like a tech company in the finance area. The CEO has a great vision, and Capital One fully migrated to the cloud early on within all of the financial domain.
The company provides good benefits (health, 401k, and others). It also encourages people to grow together with the company.
Company surveys are sent regularly to collect all employees' feedback and act accordingly.
As a big company, some development work will always involve multiple teams, and therefore the delivery might take a longer time due to various dependencies.
But I do see this is getting better and better.
