One of the worst jobs I've ever had
It's a good name to have on your resume if you don't have a lot of experience.
Overly bureaucratic. Extremely slow. Managers micromanage the hell out of you. Most people put on this awkward veneer where they act like they have their stuff together. Culture is uncollaborative; people give the least amount of information possible. Culture is competitive among peers due to stack ranking. There are no intrapersonal relationships; it's just work.
I knew things were bad, but it wasn't until I left and started my new job that I realized how terrible Capital One is to work at.
Stop micromanaging. Stop stack ranking. Be honest. Stop pretending things are okay when they're awful.

Easy, one case, one behavioral, one technical interview. By far the easiest interview I ever had. Normal behavioral questions, and for the case, just think from a business standpoint. Prep LeetCode Easy for the technical.
