Really encourages personal growth and learning.
Lots of restrictions and regulations make it feel like you're solving artificial problems rather than real-world ones.
This may be specific to me, but I specifically requested not a frontend or mobile project (but literally anything else), and they gave me a frontend project (out of all the possible intern projects).
Please try to accommodate preferences when you ask for them. Based on the size of the company, this should be feasible.
