It is a great company to work for. The work-life balance is great. And the projects really contribute to the company and its departments. The people go out of their way to help you out, and the program itself is really structured and nice.
Personally, I thought that the company did a great job managing their interns. The only con could be the fact that there should be more training offered for them.
Maybe management should expose their interns to other aspects of their field, in addition to the project that they work on for the summer.
