Good work-life balance, competitive pay.

Cons

Promotions are completely dependent on your manager; very little depends on what you do. If your manager does a good job of presenting you, you get promoted. If he/she isn't any good at it, you can slip through the cracks here.

Advice to Management

Don't hire managers who don't show interest in the people around them. You will lose good talent with the structure of performance management that Cap1 uses if managers are only showing interest in themselves and not their engineers.
