Smart, Sincere People without Feeling Elitist
Capital One's work culture is very hardworking and self-motivated. I think the biggest pro has been that everyone is very smart and qualified, but they're also really kind and down-to-earth. You see a lot of people from diverse backgrounds.
I think there could be a problem with how comfortable this company is. It's very self-motivated, and you can easily get by with doing the minimum. No one will question you unless you're bringing your team down.
