- Good opportunities to grow.
- Good learning curve.
- Good work environment - physical environment.
- Personally, my manager was worse. A huge racist.
- Had seen clear difference in treating people.
- Politics.
- If you are a good-hearted person and do not want to spoil other teammates just for your benefit, do not even consider going there.
- Constant urge to prove others are worst.
- Manager's favoritism.
- Management's failure to identify hardworking people.
People work really hard in the teams and very often go unrecognized.
Only the manager's favorites will shine; others strive in the dark.
