Freedom to innovate in the technical areas. The company promotes study and self-improvement. Depending on the teams, the time used for meetings is minimal. So far so good.
Corporate culture can be boring but is tolerable if you land in a good team.
If hired during the pandemic, it can be challenging to get familiarized with the tools, culture, and team members.
Lots of internal tools to learn about, so grab a coffee and be patient :)
Pay attention to the onboarding process during the pandemic, as it can have a huge effect on any new hire.
