Great coasting company. Awesome if you have a family and care a lot about work-life balance and financial stability.
Super boring work. Nothing impactful and mostly internal tools. A lot of middle management are older people, based on YOE in Capital One instead of merit.
If you are going to stack rank, at least stack rank against everyone in the same role instead of just within orgs.
So toxic.
