Overall, a relaxed atmosphere. People are dissuaded from working overtime.

Cons

Talent management. The company uses a ranked structure for talent management, which means a certain percent of all workers in an organization will be "Below Strong" or "Needs Improvement." This creates a weird dynamic where you're constantly competing with other people in your organization because you could be placed in a lower bucket because you're not keeping up with the extra work of your peers.

Advice to Management

Find a modern way to do talent management.
