Culture is terrible and there is no work-life balance

Performance management and stack ranking has gotten worse post-COVID. The work culture is terrible, and there is no collaboration between coworkers due to a forced PIP percentage (7-15% every year).
Indian managers are clueless and don't know how to be a people leader. They will throw you under the bus without second thoughts. Very top-down politics; it isn't worth the mental stress.
