Non-immigrants are constantly facing issues with PERM delays due to frequent layoffs and reorgs, which has a huge impact on people going through their PERM process. For a majority of H1B employees, this has delayed their PERM process by more than a year.
I highly urge higher management and the immigration team to handle this situation wisely, as it's having a significant impact on employees going through their PERM process.
