Open source technologies, but way too much cruft
A chance to learn new technologies in a short amount of time.
Lots of Klan members in leadership positions. Lots of task duplication across teams. Lots of wasted money in the cloud. Lots of broken applications on demo days. Lots of applications that do not function as intended. Lots of dead-end projects.
Get rid of the Klan at the top. Stop chasing every new technology that comes out. Hire more American-born citizens. Hire competent, experienced technology professionals.
