Flexible hours and a lot of opportunities to learn with Capital One University. The pay is competitive and the location is close to DC.
Capital One has cut back on tech conferences a developer can attend and has made the guidelines more stringent.
The only advice for management is to allow developers to attend conferences to learn and have personal/career growth.
