Great place to work, but involvement is heavily team-dependent. Some teams will work you 10x more than others, and your pay will remain the same. Great place to kickstart a career, though.
Promotions are often given out for time on the team, not actual impact. Titles are inflated. Lots of dev roles are closer to IT than actual engineering.
