Work Life Balance and Community
Don't really have any cons.
Applied through college. The process took six weeks. Initially, I did not receive any call, but after constant follow-ups with the recruiter, I finally ended up with an interview.
The process started with a phone call with HR. After you pass that and the coding assessment they send you, you then proceed to four interviews (mine were on Zoom). There are two technical interviews, which I believe they now call Job Fit interviews
The interview included behavioral, technical, and company product-specific questions. Preparation using LeetCode's medium and easy problems proved beneficial. Overall, the process was thorough, yet quite fair and constructive. I would do it again.
