Pros

A good place to learn. A good competitive environment.

Cons

Bad management. Everything is in the manager's hand. If you have any small conflict with your manager, you will be put on PIP, which means you are fired. Your work is not important here. You have to be in your manager's good graces. I came back from my maternity leave and was fired within a few months. I highly recommend not joining Capital One if you don't want to face these types of issues.

Advice to Management

When I gave the interview for Capital One, it was six rounds of interviews. I think before firing on a performance basis, an associate should be given more opportunities with other projects, as currently, it is highly manager's partiality and favoritism.
