Pros

Good WLB, decent base pay (no RSU), nice office amenities, hybrid RTO policy, company-sponsored "fun events" and perks related to external things the company sponsors (i.e., MLB sweepstakes because they sponsor the World Series).

Cons

PIP culture and stack ranking make it difficult to know where you stand. Because it's stack ranking, you could be meeting/exceeding expectations, but if someone else on your level is doing more, then you're first on the chopping block.
