Very Decent Job
Company culture is mostly non-toxic. I've gotten lucky with my teams, and interactions were always friendly. The tech stack is modern for a bank, very automated CI/CD. I would recommend it for a first job, especially to new grads for the TDP program because it preps you well for the working environment while giving you connections to cohorts, making the transition from school less daunting.
Slow progression, especially promotions, are competitive.
